Argument

Vi kollade lite fel på kartan och upptäckte att vårt tillägg i s'Hertogenbosch resulterar i att vi river det äldsta och behåller det halvgamla (från 60-talet).

Argument varför vi river (nästan) hela skiten:

Why preserving the newest and demolish the oldest?

Well, for the first we didn't think that the oldest necessarily mean "worth saving". In terms of building performance the newer parts are much better (structure, insulation asf). The newer buildings and their surroundings also have a higher density of development which call for an infill of the same scale. Thirdly, we see the inner part of the city as the "real" historical one, worth preserving in terms of conservation, but that does not concern the northern outskirts. Another time, conversation with history is not equal to conservation of history. We call the model heritage dynamic.
